The VCAM button appears when the Virtual Camera is registered with the system by the installer. You need to run the installer with Admin privileges (or using an Admin enabled account) for it to register. If you install PolypopLive as a Standard User, it won't install (but it sounds like you originally saw it, so this most likely isn't the issue). Make sure you reboot when installing as the VCAM might be in use somewhere so the installer can't overwrite it. If rebooting doesn't seem to fix it, one thing to try is to delete the appstate file (that stores the Go Live outputs). First off, make sure Polypop is not running. Then browse to "C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\PolyPop". Next delete the 'appstate.pop' file and restart Polypop.

One other bit: If the Live Stream button disappeared, it might be due to right clicking the Go Live area and quickly selecting ''Remove by accident. You can re-add it by right clicking the Go Live area (after the buttons have faded in) and selecting Add Live Stream Output.
